Festive wishes

Just a line to wish you the happiest of Christmases. All is calm here. I still have things to do, but I'm just bumbling along, not getting stressed. I shall make a pass of the supermarket later, so of course that may all change.

I do have that feeling that I've forgotten something vital, but we will just have to power through without it, whatever it is.

We have a quiet few days planned, family time, just us and the dog. So I shall wish you a very happy Christmas, and see you on the other side. If you have any idea what essential I may have forgotten that Christmas can't be properly done without, do let me know. CJ xx

  2. I think you can do without most things that many see as Christmas necessities so don't fret. We had our supermarket shop delivered so no battling the crowds.

    Have a lovely Christmas.

  3. I’m in bed with the lurgy proper here so Christmas has been scaled down and the big family one put back till next week. Timing!

Have a wonderful day tomorrow my friend. I doubt you’ve forgotten anything that can’t be lived without as long as you’re all together xx

I think that we all get that feeling of having forgotten something, and I agree with Sue.
Thanks, and for you too. xx

  6. Just returned from my last shop to find I’d forgotten orange juice. I sent out a plea to the family to bring some. Job done. Glorious photos CJ. Have a wonderful Christmas. B x

  7. Merry Christmas CJ, to you and your wonderful family. Hope Bertie is behaving himself. The casualties at our house today, a cookbook and an ornament the tree.....sigh! I think my boys are getting worse! Happy Holiday's.

  8. Merry Christmas, CJ. I wouldn't worry about having forgotten anything; I've now entered the 'sod it, we can do without it' phase. Sending festive wishes to you, your family and, of course, to darling Bertie. xx

  9. Dear CJ, I think you have it all, your family and Bertie. I was carted into hospital and have to spend Christmas in the cardiac ward - I just wish I could have my family and Bertie. That is all I need except for this ward where everything is almost closed down over Christmas. This is not what I had planned. Happy Christmas. Regards, Robyn

  14. Merry belated Christmas CJ. I was so obsessed that I would forget cream that I bought three kinds, and we didn't even need cream for anything in particular.
